什麼是持續進修基金(CEF)？

持續進修基金為有志進修的成年人提供持續教育和培訓資助。符合資格的申請人於成功修畢持續進修基金可獲發還款項課程（基金課程）後一年內及年齡屆滿71歲前，可不限次數申領合共最多25,000港元的資助。首10,000港元資助的學員共付比率（即學員本身需負擔的費用的百分比）為課程費用的20%，而次15,000港元資助的學員共付比率則為課程費用的40%。

教育局設立資歷架構之主要目的是提供一個鼓勵及促進持續進修，終身學習的平台，以提升香港工作人口的技能及競爭力。 上述目標將透過以下途徑實現：• 為學術、職業專才及持續教育界別的資歷釐定明確及客觀的標準；
• 確保進修人士所獲得的資歷及其相應學習課程的質素；及
• 確保學習內容能切合行業的需要。
